1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Oden POS application, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Oden POS is a point-of-sale system designed for restaurants and food businesses that allows you to:

  • Manage orders and sales
  • Manage menus and products
  • Process payments
  • Generate reports and analytics
  • Manage tables and reservations
  • Manage employees and permissions
  • Print receipts and kitchen tickets

3. Registration and Account

To use Oden POS, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Keeping your contact information up to date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Oden POS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following is prohibited:

  • Using the application for illegal activities
  • Attempting to access unauthorized systems or data
  • Interfering with the operation of the application
  • Copying, modifying, or distributing the application without authorization
  • Using the application to process fraudulent transactions

5. Payments and Billing

If your plan includes paid services:

  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice
  • Payments are processed securely through authorized providers
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • No refunds are provided for partial usage periods

6. Intellectual Property

Oden POS and all of its content, features, and functionality are the property of Oden and are protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the application by using it.

7. Data and Backups

Although we perform regular data backups, we recommend that you maintain your own records of critical information. We are not responsible for data loss due to:

  • Unforeseen technical failures
  • User actions
  • Force majeure events

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Oden POS available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates that could temporarily affect service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oden POS will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Data loss
  • Damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, the application

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Oden POS harmless from any claim, damage, loss, or expense arising from your use of the application or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Oden POS at any time, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these terms of service
  • Your account remains inactive for an extended period
  • You fail to comply with payment obligations
  • We request additional information and you do not provide it

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted in the application or on the website. Continued use of Oden POS after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City.
