What is the main difference between Oden Food and Vendty?
Vendty is a general POS that serves retail, shops and food, and charges per register with caps on users and cash drawers. Oden Food is built only for restaurants: tables, handheld ordering, a KDS with routing to kitchen stations, and per-diner check splitting, without counting users or registers.
Does Oden Food issue electronic invoices in Colombia?
Not yet. Today we issue CFDI 4.0 in Mexico and Colombian DIAN invoicing is on the way. Vendty already includes it in every plan, so if your invoicing obligation is today and cannot wait, that point favors Vendty. The rest of the system (payments, tables, kitchen, reports, inventory) does work in full in Colombia and in Colombian pesos.
What does each one cost per month in Colombia?
Vendty starts at 155,000 COP a month on its Emprendedor plan, dropping to 85,000 a month if you prepay the full year (1,020,000). Oden Food is $89 a month for Basic and $599 for Pro, month to month, with no prepayment and no minimum term.
Do I need a computer to use Oden?
No. Oden runs on the phone or tablet you already have, Android or iPhone, and in the browser too if you would rather use a computer. There is no local install and no server: Vendty's desktop version exists precisely because their cloud version needs internet.
Can I migrate my menu from Vendty to Oden Food?
Yes. Send us your catalog over WhatsApp, as a spreadsheet, a PDF or a photo of the menu, and we load products, categories, prices and modifiers. Usually the same day.
